Siaha is dotted with awe-inspiring hills that captivate the mind. It has fascinated many visitors with its picturesque scenery, hospitable people and the distinctive colorful culture that prevails. As one cruises through the road, one gets spellbound by the serene grandeur of the lofty hills and greenery.

Siaha is one of the eight districts of Mizoram and is located in the southern tip of Mizoram. It is bounded in the north by Lunglei District, on the west by Lawngtlai District and has an international border with Myanmar on the east and south. The majority of the inhabitants are Mara people having an autonomous district council called Mara Autonomous District Council.
