RESERVATIONS
The reservations feature of the site is provided solely to assist customers to check the availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose. Further you are legally entitled for entering into any approval and capable to bear the financial burden of any agreement. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation to payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions. The site contains details of various charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for any facilities owned or managed by Mizoram Tourism. Tourist Lodges and other facilities reservation terms and conditions of booking and cancellations are set out on the site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions. No contract will subsist unless and until Mizoram Tourism accepts your order by e-mail or automated confirmation through the site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the property reservation terms and conditions of booking. You undertake that all details you provide in connection to any services or products which may be offered by Mizoram Tourism on the site (including room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. Mizoram Tourism reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products. The booking amount shall be accepted only by Credit/Debit Card issued in the name of the guest who intends to stay at the property. Use of third party (other than the guest himself/herself) Credit/Debit Card for making a booking/payment online is not accepted. The property will not honor the booking if it is found that a third party Credit/Debit Card has been used for the booking/payment online.

SECURITY & NON CONFIDENTIALITY
Mizoram Tourism does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any information which you transmit to Mizoram Tourism and its facilities. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to Mizoram Tourism is transmitted at your own risk.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS
If you breach any of these Terms & Conditions your license to use the site will terminate immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you. Otherwise also, the access to the site may be terminated at any point of time by Mizoram Tourism without notice or assigning any reason. The provisions of these Terms & Conditions excluding, limiting and disclaiming the liability of Mizoram Tourism will nevertheless survive any such termination.

GENERAL
Mizoram Tourism does not accept any liability for any failure in compliance of these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If Mizoram Tourism waives any rights available to it under these Terms & Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force. You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.

All facilities under Tourism Department are given on ‘first come first serve’ basis. No special treatment or VIP treatment is to be expected by Government employees. Due to the fact that rooms are located adjacent to each other, it is required that guests are respective in regards to noise during the evenings. No parties, alcoholic beverages, barbeque, bonfire, pets or animals are allowed at the premises. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at Reception Counter. Guests are required to show booking reference upon check in. Management shall have the right to ask for a photo identification of guests upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time by phone. In case of cancellation, refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking. Booking of facilities online and offline mode means that you accepted the terms & condition policy laid down in this Agreement/Terms & Conditions/Cancellation Policy.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in India and any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Gauhati, Aizawl Bench.
